Our Anti-Scuff Padded Stroller Wagon Bumper Cover (Patent Pending) is made from soft cotton. They are quilted with approximately half an inch of padding and are secured into the wagon frame with velcro closures. Our anti-slip backing ensures the bumper cover stays in place after installation. Our patent pending design is unique because it allows the canopy poles of your stroller wagon space to retract and move freely while the bumper covers are installed. Our Anti-Scuff Padded Stroller Wagon Bumper Covers do not affect your ability to install your cargo bin on the stroller wagon.Â
