Turnaround Time Policy
All custom orders will be ready to ship 6-8 weeks after an item is ordered and payment is received, in full. Hello Moomer Studios estimates a long TAT (turnaround time) to cover any printing flaws or design changes that need to be made. Sometimes the TAT will be quicker, sometimes it may take the full 6-8 weeks. There are many factors that may delay or stall production, but there is a reason we estimate a long turnaround. We want to set expectations appropriately. Demanding a shorter TAT as a ‘condition’ before ordering does not mean HM studios is obligated to fulfill the requested turnaround time. The studio’s estimated turnaround time will be 6-8 weeks… meaning your item will be ready by (OR BEFORE) 6-8 weeks. If you wish to place a rush order, the shop must agree to the new TAT date in writing and you will be charged a rush fee before production begins.
Shop’s Obligations for Custom Order Progress Updates
Hello Moomer Studios is not obligated to give progress updates during the 6-8 week production time. The shop is obligated to update custom order clients if there are design changes; custom fabric printing flaws, order delays, and/if client input is needed for the desired product outcome. All demands for order updates before the estimated TAT will be referred to our shop’s policies.
Client’s Right To Cancel Custom Order
The client has the right to cancel their custom order for a full refund three days after payment. Should the client cancel their order 4+ days after payment, they will be refunded, minus a 50% restocking fee to cover the cost of materials.
Shop’s Obligations for Providing Tracking & Insuring Packages
Hello Moomer Studios will provide tracking information for their products through Etsy. All products will be shipped with insurance. The shop is not responsible for missing or damaged packages. All missing or damaged packages should be claimed with the delivery carrier (UPS/USPS/Fedex)
Shop's Social Media Policy
The shop retains the right to utilize social media before, during and after the creation of your order. They are not obligated to post social media updates in real time of your order being made.
Should you choose to post pictures of your item after you receive it, the shop requests that the faces of any underage individuals be obscured for the privacy of the minor. We have had unsavory people copy product photos that contain other clients children's likeness and image. For the safety and privacy of your child, please blur their face.
Shop’s Giveaway Policy
Periodically, the Hello Moomer Studios likes to giveaway products as a ‘virtual hug’ to their followers. The shop is not obligated to give away products on a set schedule and chooses to do this on their dime, on their own time. Messaging the shop owner or employees, demanding free products will be ignored and most likely will get you banned from our client list. All giftaways are not affiliated with WonderFold, Keenz, Rainbow Baby, Jeep, Meta, TikTok or ANYONE (unless otherwise stated).

Shop’s Commitment to American Made Textiles
Hello Moomer Studios is committed to sourcing USA based textiles and employing American labor. With that commitment, we pay ourselves (and all partners) a fair wage. It may mean our products are priced higher, but we are committed to American-made products and textiles. American textiles means fewer international transportation emissions and safe, livable working conditions. Supporting the U.S. economy means supporting local economies… creating more manufacturing jobs here at home for Americans.
Hello Moomer's Harrassment Policy
Hello Moomer Studios loves hearing from you! In fact, we maintain multiple means of communication over social media; email, a physical mailing address, and a shop phone number JUST to stay in contact with you. There is a difference between communicating with us and harassing the shop. Messaging the shop owner/employees inappropriately, demanding free products and/or harassing us by posting ill of Hello Moomer will result in being put on a banned client list… and (if appropriate) may result in legal action. Please, remember we are human and we will get back to you in 24-48 business hours.
