Business Hours

 Monday-Thursday; 10 AM - 4PM

Turnaround Time (TAT)

Most items in our shop are “Ready To Ship” (RTS) and will ship out between 2-3 business days.

Any custom orders/invoices ship 6–8 weeks after full payment is received. This window allows for potential printing flaws, design revisions, and other production variables. Sometimes your order may be ready sooner; sometimes it may take the full 6–8 weeks. Requesting a shorter TAT before ordering does not obligate us to meet it. If you need a rush order, we must approve it in writing before production begins. A rush fee will apply.

Order Updates

We are not obligated to provide progress updates during the standard 6–8 week production period. Requests for updates before the estimated TAT will be referred back to these policies. We will update you if:

Design changes are required

Fabric printing issues occur

Order delays arise

Your input is needed to proceed

Order Cancellations

Within 3 days of payment: Full refund
4+ days after payment: Refund minus 50% restocking fee to cover material costs

Shipping & Insurance

All packages are shipped with tracking and insurance.  We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages; claims must be filed with the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx). We currently ship to: USA (including Puerto Rico & the Hawaiian Islands), and Canada. 

Social Media Policy

We may share photos/videos of your order before, during, and after creation.

We are not obligated to post updates in real time.

If you share images of your product, please obscure the faces of minors for privacy and safety. Unscrupulous individuals have copied product photos containing children’s likenesses.

Giveaway Policy

We occasionally give away products as a “virtual hug” to our community—at our discretion, on our timeline. Messaging us demanding free items will be ignored and may result in removal from our client list. Giveaways are not affiliated with WonderFold, Keenz, Rainbow Baby, Jeep, Meta, TikTok, or any other brand unless stated.

Pattern Licensing

We are working with legal counsel to establish a licensing program for our Patentend & Patent Pending products. More details to come!

Harassment Policy

We love hearing from you—but harassment will not be tolerated. Violators may be banned from ordering and, if warranted, face legal action. We typically respond within 24–48 business hours. This includes:

Demands for free products

Publicly disparaging the shop
