Orders may be completed sooner—but may also require the full timeframe.

Requesting a shorter turnaround time does not guarantee fulfillment.

Order Updates
During the standard 6–8 week production window, routine progress updates are not provided.
We will contact you if:

Design changes are required

Fabric or production issues arise

Delays occur

Your input is needed to proceed
Order Cancellations

Within 3 days of payment: Full refund

After 3 days: 50% restocking fee applied
This fee covers material sourcing and production allocation.
Shipping & Insurance
All orders ship with tracking and insurance.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

If sharing your product online, please obscure minors’ faces for privacy and safety.
Unfortunately, product images featuring children are sometimes misused.
Giveaway Policy
We occasionally offer giveaways as a gesture to our community—at our discretion.
