Turnaround Time (TAT)

Ready-to-Ship (RTS) Items
Ships within 2–3 business days

Custom Orders / Invoices
Ships within 6–8 weeks after full payment

This production window accounts for:

  • Fabric printing variables

  • Design refinements

  • Quality control standards

Orders may be completed sooner—but may also require the full timeframe.

Important:
Requesting a shorter turnaround time does not guarantee fulfillment.

Rush orders must be:

  • Approved in writing prior to purchase

  • Subject to an additional rush fee


Order Updates

During the standard 6–8 week production window, routine progress updates are not provided.

We will contact you if:

  • Design changes are required

  • Fabric or production issues arise

  • Delays occur

  • Your input is needed to proceed


Order Cancellations

  • Within 3 days of payment: Full refund

  • After 3 days: 50% restocking fee applied

This fee covers material sourcing and production allocation.


Shipping & Insurance

All orders ship with tracking and insurance.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Claims must be filed directly with the carrier:

  • UPS

  • USPS

  • FedEx

Social Media Policy

We may share photos or videos of your order:

  • Before

  • During

  • After production

We are not obligated to post in real time.

If sharing your product online, please obscure minors’ faces for privacy and safety.
Unfortunately, product images featuring children are sometimes misused.


Giveaway Policy

We occasionally offer giveaways as a gesture to our community—at our discretion.

  • Requests for free products will not be acknowledged

  • May result in removal from our client list

Giveaways are not affiliated with:
WonderFold, Keenz, Rainbow Baby, Jeep, Meta, TikTok, or any other brand unless explicitly stated.


Pattern Licensing

We are currently working with legal counsel to establish a licensing program for our patented and patent-pending designs.

Harassment Policy

We value respectful communication.

Harassment will not be tolerated and may result in:

  • Order refusal

  • Client ban

  • Legal action if necessary

This includes:

  • Inappropriate or aggressive messages

  • Demands for free products

  • Public disparagement of the business
