Hello Moomer family – we’re growing! And with growth comes change. We’re thrilled to share some exciting updates that will help us serve you better, streamline our schedule, and improve turnaround times (TAT).
We understand how frustrating delays can be, and we want to honor your time and trust in us. Here’s what’s new:
- New Shop Hours: We’ll now be open Monday – Thursday, 10 AM – 4 PM, EST. These new hours will help us stay focused on fulfilling your orders and preserving the sanity of our small (and hardworking) team! If you message, DM or instant message our team outside of these hours, they will be responded to during work hours.
- Closing Custom Orders- To help us reset and improve our process, we’ll be closing custom order listings, except for custom bumper covers
IMPORTANT! If you currently have a custom order, we’ll be reaching out with more information on your current order status. Be sure to check your promotion/spam inbox if you don’t see an email from our team!
3. Monthly Drops of Ready-to-Ship Items: We’re introducing Monthly Drops of ready-to-ship (RTS) items! These will be announced in advance and available while supplies last—so keep an eye out!
4. Limited Custom Orders Available Each Month- Going forward, we’ll open only 3 custom order slots per month, with a 3–4 week turnaround time. These will be announced 24-48 hours in advance and will be closed when the slots are filled. Be sure to join our Facebook group to receive the announcement and item drops!
Listings on the website will be RTS, pre-order, or one of the custom order slots. If there is an idea or you want to nominate an idea, feel free to message through this form! If we like your idea and produce it, we will give it to you for free.
