While we appreciate the enthusiasm over our original products & ideas, we do want to clearly state that this product is patent pending. All of our advertising, Etsy listings & product tags state that the product is patent pending. Having come up with the original concept/design AND patent file date obligates Hello Moomer, Llc to protect it's patent pending products.

 Any other business or individual attempting to replicate the utility/function of the Anti-Scuff Stroller Wagon Bumper Covers are committing willful infringement on Hello Moomer, Llc's intellectual property & will be dealt with accordingly.
